Shipping policy

Out turn around time is 10- 15  days. This does not include weekends or government holidays. If you are unsure what a government holiday is.. if it’s on the calendar it’s counted as a holiday. We ship with usps and all orders come with tracking. Once an item is scanned into the usps system legally it is no longer property of Love, Charlotte. If you experience shipping delays or problems you are responsible for tracking your own package down and opening up your own claims with usps. We are more than happy to work with you if you are struggling to track your package down but we will no longer be opening up your own claims or submitting your pictures that you take for you. 

Overnight shipping is available but it is no longer free. We have an over night shipping tab on the website that you would need to buy before we can upgrade your shipping to overnight. USPS states on their own website that some locations are not available for over night but instead available for 1-2 day shipping at the same price.

if you have been having delivery problems and you need your package to be signed for just let us know in the notes at checkout and we can add that info to your shipping label. We know how much you look forward to our items and we would like to help prevent package thiefs.
