Due to recent changes, our shop policy has been updated. Please read carefully — orders that do not follow these rules may be canceled.

Account and Ordering

  1. Each customer must use their own website account or check out as a guest. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
  2. If we find an account with multiple names, addresses, or billing profiles, the associated order(s) will be canceled immediately.

Returns & Reships

if an item is returned to us because an order was placed using a shared account, the purchaser will be charged for:

  • The original shipping cost ,
  •  once fabric has been ordered for your order, you may cancel the order but you will not receive a refund for the amount we paid to order the fabric.

Cancellations

 If you need to cancel your order prior to fabric being ordered, contact us immediately. If fabric has already been ordered for your item, see  above.

Turnaround Time (TAT) and Shipping

 Standard turnaround time (TAT) for made-to-order items is 20–25 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Blanket orders have a 25 business day TAT.

If you order ready-to-ship (RTS) items together with made-to-order items, the RTS items will ship with the same 20–25 business day TAT as the made-to-order portion.

Order Changes.

Prints or designs may not be changed after an order is placed. 

Size changes are allowed after ordering, provided the change is requested before fabric has been ordered. Contact us immediately to request a size change.

Contact and Questions If you have questions or need to request a change, please contact customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate time-sensitive requests but cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Return Policy (7-day window)

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items eligible for return: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused items in their original packaging
  • Non-returnable: Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items; final-sale/clearance items; opened software or media if seals are broken (as applicable); intimate wear or hygiene-sensitive items if the seal is broken.
    • Timeframe for returns: To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be received by us within 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible for refund

 

Custom orders

  • No returns on custom orders: Custom orders that are customized, personalized, or created specifically per the customer’s specifications are not eligible for return or refund
